Job Description

Primary Skills: SaaS customer success (advanced), Adobe Experience Cloud (intermediate), account planning (advanced), executive facilitation (advanced), conflict resolution (intermediate)
Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  6+ Months with possible extension
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for ensuring clients achieve maximum value from digital marketing solutions. You will proactively manage client relationships, drive product adoption, and advocate for customer needs within the organization. The goal is to cultivate strong partnerships that lead to renewals and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic client success plans.
  • Drive adoption of digital marketing technology.
  • Monitor client health and identify potential risks.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer feedback.
  • Facilitate executive-level discussions and presentations.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Experience in the SaaS or digital marketing industry is preferred.
