Duration:  12 months
Location: Plano Texas onsite
Pay Range: $33 - $44.44 per hour

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.
 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Engineer specializing in NGFW technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical expertise, drive product adoption, and ensure our customers maximize their investment in our solutions. This role involves close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams and serving as a customer advocate to influence the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product potential for customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement network security and endpoint solutions.
  • Act as a customer advocate, driving product adoption and influencing the product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure rapid achievement of customers' security objectives by implementing and operationalizing our solutions.
  • Partner with account teams for high-visibility technical account plan deployments and product-level success plans.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Extensive experience in network security engineering or similar roles.
  • Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms.
  • Proven capacity as a trusted technical advisor across technical and non-technical client teams.

Domain/Industry Experience Required:

  • Cybersecurity, Information Technology or related field (New graduates with degrees in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Science, or Information Technology are also considered).
