We are seeking a driven Junior Customer Success Engineer with a strong foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or Networking to join our Plano, Texas team. This position is perfect for a recent STEM graduate aiming to harness their academic background and internship experiences to provide exceptional customer and technical support for our Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies. The role involves on-site work 3 days a week, offering a balanced approach to hands-on learning and professional development.

The role involves on-site work 3 days a week, offering a balanced approach to hands-on learning and professional development.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of NGFW technologies to provide technical support to customers and partners.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on the development and implementation of network security solutions.
- Influence customer upgrade decisions and optimize product utilization by identifying appropriate release versions.
- Support the technical aspect of customer upgrades and security objective achievements.
- Contribute to high-touch delivery strategies and technical account deployments in partnership with account teams.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Recent STEM graduate (Computer Science, Engineering, Networking) with a GPA of 3.5+.
- Strong understanding of JIRA and JQL is required.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python is a strong plus.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts, with a strong willingness to learn and develop deep expertise in Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms.
- Familiarity with Enterprise network products and a keen interest in expanding knowledge in network security.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating system
- Individuals with a QA background and PCNSA certificate are at an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a basic understanding of network security principles.
