JOB SUMMARY:
Join our dynamic Technology and Service Team in our Plano office, as a Senior Network Security Engineer where you will provide essential expertise in Next Generation Firewall technologies to maximize product potential for our customers and partners. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on the integration and implementation of network security solutions, advocate for customer needs influencing the product roadmap, and ensure successful product adoption and operationalization. This role is critical in partnering with account teams to deliver high-visibility technical strategies and ensure customer success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide advanced technical expertise on NGFW technologies to maximize product efficiency for customers and partners.
• Develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Serve as a customer advocate influencing product development and driving product adoption with innovative solutions.
• Implement solutions for customers to rapidly meet their security objectives and ensure maximum investment return.
• Partner with account teams for high-touch technical account plan deployments and product-level success plans.

• Demonstrated experience in network security engineering roles.
• Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW.
• Proven ability in account management, customer escalation, and project management.

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in technical roles within the network security domain highly desirable.
