This role demands effective collaboration with multiple departments such as sales, customer service, logistics, and finance to ensure the integrity of customer data and a seamless transaction process. As a key player, you will contribute significantly to maintaining customer satisfaction, supporting business divisions, and ensuring compliance to contribute to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, create, and maintain accurate customer master records, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Identify and correct discrepancies, inconsistencies, or duplications within the customer database.
- Recommend and contribute to the improvement of data validation processes.
- Collaborate with various teams to gather and validate customer information, resolving data-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data privacy laws.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data management tools is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer data management, especially in large-scale organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
