Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour on W2


Job Summary:
The Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for managing the credit and collection activities for customer accounts receivable portfolios, ensuring positive cash flow and minimized bad debts. This role encompasses end-to-end management of receivable portfolios, including collection activities, credit limit approval, and dispute management to maintain and improve customer relations and sales. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with credit and collections processes are essential for this hybrid role based in Westminster, CO.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete management of accounts receivable from setup to collections, including dispute resolution.
  • Proactively engage in collection activities, process credit applications, and manage credit card transactions.
  • Perform A/R account reconciliations and dispute management effectively.
  • Maintain rigorous documentation of collection activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and efficiency.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and account reconciliation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Oracle or NetSuite, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related credit & collections experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Preferred Industry Experience:
  • Experience within publicly traded companies with significant end-user sales activities is highly desirable.
The position is a hybrid role requiring initial on-site training, followed by a flexible work schedule split between remote work and working from the Westminster, CO office. Candidates with a strong background in credit and collections, a willingness to tackle challenges head-on, and a collaborative work ethic will thrive in this role. Spanish language skills are a nice-to-have.
