Chewy is seeking a Creative Manager adept in project and account management to join our Creative Services Team. The role centers on overseeing creative planning and execution for both Chewy and Chewy Private Brands, developing strategies to address our clients' business needs while ensuring project success from inception to completion. A profound passion for pets and a knack for elevating consumer brands are essential for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee creative planning and execution for Chewy's brand and private labels.
Collaborate with Creative Leaders to devise and implement creative strategies and solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet quality standards and timelines.
Foster strong relationships with internal partners, based on understanding their business objectives and delivering outstanding customer service.
Contribute to the cultivation of a best-in-class creative team, committed to excellence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Exceptional project and account management expertise.
Strong ability to develop and execute creative strategies.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Industry Experience Required:
Experience in the pet industry or consumer brands sector is highly desirable.
