JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Developing and implementing creative strategies for original content projects.
- Collaborating with writers, producers, and other creatives to bring projects from concept to completion and overseeing the production process, including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Working with the marketing team to ensure that the content is effectively promoted and reaches the right audiences.
- Collaborating with international teams to adapt content for global audiences.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technology, and incorporating these into the creative process and mentoring, coaching creative team members, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
