JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conceptualize, design, and prototype innovative product lines, ensuring they align with market trends and offer great value.
- Conduct global market research to identify new trends, technologies, and innovations in relevant categories.
- Create and prepare design materials, including concept sketches, color sheets for product paint masters, and product mock-ups.
- Collaborate regularly with Product Development Leads and internal teams to execute and approve projects.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and product innovations, prioritizing multiple design projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in relevant software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office).
- Toy Design
- Solid understanding of category and consumer trends in key hardlines categories, such as toys, collectibles, and consumer electronics
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in product design and development.
- Portfolio submission required showcasing toy design and the ability to lead a product through its lifecycle.
