JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Product Readiness Manager to focus on APAC countries, specifically Korea. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user, product, and financial data to prioritize feature needs and develop improvement strategies. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure world-ready products and must be bilingual in English and Korean with native-level Korean language/cultural skills.
Define success criteria and prioritize feature needs through data analysis
Analyze user workflows and journeys to identify internationalization gaps
Conduct product readiness assessment for priority countries and develop improvement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-ready products
Foster close collaboration with APAC sales & marketing teams
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bilingual in English and Korean with native-level Korean language/cultural skills
Experience in product management, software development, consulting, or related technical roles
Proficiency in flagship Creative Cloud Products (Photoshop, Illustrator)
