Job Summary:
The UX Researcher will transform complex user insights into actionable recommendations influencing product strategy and development. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to embed user-centricity across the product lifecycle, aligning with Go-To-Market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct diverse user research studies, including planning, execution, and analysis.
- Synthesize findings into actionable insights to inform product strategy and UX improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to integrate research insights into the product development process.
- Present findings to stakeholders to influence product decisions and advocate for user-centric solutions.
- Manage multiple research projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery of insights.
- Expertise in various user research methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate findings to diverse audiences.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in an applied research setting, preferably in tech or related fields.
- Familiarity with consumer-facing products or platforms is beneficial.
