Contract Type: W2 Only
Location: San Diego, CA 
Pay Range: $50 - $53 per hour on W2 basis

Job Summary:
Join our Sales Enablement team as a Senior Instructional Designer and play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance through exceptional onboarding programs. Utilize your expertise in ADDIE methodology to design, develop, and evaluate comprehensive training solutions. Collaborate passionately with Sales leaders and teams to ensure learning initiatives are aligned with business goals, thereby driving meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full lifecycle of instructional design using ADDIE: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to pinpoint performance gaps and customize onboarding strategies accordingly.
  • Forge strong partnerships with Sales leadership, enablement teams, and experts to establish clear learning objectives and success criteria.
  • Craft and roll out multifaceted onboarding programs using various modalities such as ILT, VILT, and eLearning.
  • Develop engaging learning materials including facilitator guides, learner assessments, and detailed multimedia design documents and storyboards.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Profound experience with ADDIE and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage projects independently across multiple timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
Industry Experience:
  • A background in creating onboarding or sales training programs within enterprise settings is highly preferred.
