Pay Range: $55 - $58 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
We are in search of a Senior Visual Designer to craft user-centric visual experiences for diverse platforms including web, mobile, and novel home & health technologies. This role demands collaboration with product managers, engineers, and marketers to turn user requirements and business objectives into innovative visual designs. Ideal candidates should bring a passion for design, a strong portfolio, and the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design intuitive and cohesive user interfaces utilizing Client's Design Systems.
  • Develop and uphold visual languages and brand guidelines across products/platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and deliver visual solutions.
  • Integrate user research and testing outcomes into design iterations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and UX design best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in Figma, GSuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, visual hierarchy, and typography.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities.
