We are in search of an experienced Coupa System Administrator to manage and enhance our Coupa platform's functionality and user experience. The role involves direct responsibility for the platform's daily operations, troubleshooting, and strategic improvements, ensuring alignment with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams' goals. The successful candidate will act as a primary configuration expert, driving system optimization and user engagement through effective knowledge sharing and support.

The role involves direct responsibility for the platform's daily operations, troubleshooting, and strategic improvements, ensuring alignment with Procurement, Finance, and AP teams' goals. The successful candidate will act as a primary configuration expert, driving system optimization and user engagement through effective knowledge sharing and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day administration and strategic enhancements of the Coupa platform.
- Provide timely support to end users, resolving issues and facilitating configuration-related inquiries.
- Maintain and optimize Coupa configurations, including business rules and approval chains.
- Manage user onboarding, training, and permissions setup.
- Lead data quality monitoring and improvement recommendations.
- In-depth experience with Coupa system administration and configuration.
- Strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
- Ability to independently manage priorities and collaborate effectively.
Experience post-Coupa implementation or in a hypercare environment is crucial. Prior work with ERP integrations, especially Workday, is preferred.
