Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an E-Commerce Product Onboarding Specialist, where your expertise in Photoshop and exceptional organizational skills will play a pivotal role in accelerating our onboarding process for personalized gifting items on Chewy.com. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all products are represented accurately and appealingly, requiring a keen eye for detail and outstanding Photoshop capabilities. You’ll work closely with vendors and internal teams, using your excellent communication skills to solve problems efficiently and maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize expert Photoshop skills to prepare and optimize product images for online presentation.
  • Coordinate efficiently with vendors for product details, ensuring accurate onboarding of personalized gifting items.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal partners to facilitate seamless product launches.
  • Implement problem-solving strategies for any vendor-related issues, aiming for prompt resolutions.
  • Oversee and ensure the organization of product onboarding processes, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in Photoshop with a strong portfolio.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-orientation skills.
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
