JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience designing conversations and flows for a conversational chatbot.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills-- you'll be collaborating with a diverse array of roles and subject matter experts in different time zones.
- Experience in digital content design, UX writing, and/or content strategy with high attention to detail and ability to balance multiple workstreams at once.
- A knack for knowing how to ask the right questions of product and business owners to clarify processes and communicate them back to users in language they understand.
