Duration:  8+ Months with possible extension
Location: Lehi, UT (#LI-Onsite)
Pay Range: $50 - $52 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
Lead a critical contract data and document migration effort within a major integration program. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the entire migration process to ensure accurate transfer of contract information into a new system. This role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on execution in collaboration with legal and procurement departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the comprehensive contract migration process from initiation to completion.
  • Create and manage detailed plans, including timelines and interdependencies.
  • Conduct data cleansing, mapping, and validation for contract assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define migration needs.
  • Implement quality assurance measures and acceptance standards.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience managing large-scale data migrations.
  • Expertise in contract lifecycle management projects.
  • Strong ability to manage diverse stakeholder expectations.

Experience in M&A integration programs is highly preferred.
