Manager Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
In this role, you will lead projects, coach teams, and provide guidance to operational teams, ultimately driving operational performance and delivering breakthroughs that improve patients' lives.
- Lead/co-lead projects, manage resources, and plan requirements across the division.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies.
- Analyze improvement programs and drive results.
- Coach and lead project teams, define OpEx strategy, solve problems, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, build capabilities, and ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and BS or MS.
- Strong experience in project management and coaching lean management systems.
- Six Sigma Method 1 Yellow Belt Certified.
- Proficiency in influencing, coaching, and motivating diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
