Manager Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
In this role, you will lead projects, coach teams, and provide guidance to operational teams, ultimately driving operational performance and delivering breakthroughs that improve patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead/co-lead projects, manage resources, and plan requirements across the division.
• Develop and execute continuous improvement projects using lean methodologies.
• Analyze improvement programs and drive results.
• Coach and lead project teams, define OpEx strategy, solve problems, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, build capabilities, and ensure adherence to internal standards.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience and BS or MS.
• Strong experience in project management and coaching lean management systems.
• Six Sigma Method 1 Yellow Belt Certified.
• Proficiency in influencing, coaching, and motivating diverse teams.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
