JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and write knowledge base articles, with a focus on Travel and Expense and procurement/sourcing processes.
- Transform existing content, including quick reference guides, into ServiceNow knowledge base articles for seamless accessibility.
- Collaborate with process owners to understand and articulate complex processes clearly and concisely for internal use.
- Develop visually engaging content for the intranet, encompassing quick reference guides, slide decks, and instructional materials.
- Execute content governance and strategy, refreshing and rebranding materials as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven content creation and copywriting experience, and Experience or familiarity with procure-to-pay processes.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Google products, and collaboration tools, with a bonus for experience in Slack.
- Ability to distill complex processes into clear, concise content for various audiences.
- Proficiency in transforming content into different formats, including ServiceNow knowledge base articles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
