JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use data and GenAI to spot trends and improve content quality and search performance Contribute to content strategies for natural language processing, templates, and personalization
- You’ll design HR content on our company intranet for different platforms and generations. You’ve got web content creation experience, working with messaging, landing pages, and more. You love solving employee problems and designing great copy for every project. You’ll use our company’s content design guides for the best tone, style, and structure. You enjoy fast-paced, productive, deadline-driven environments. You’re comfortable with global employees seeing your work and want to improve based on feedback.
- Turn requests into clear, engaging, actionable copy Collaborate to create solutions with an impact
- Ensure copy and design work together for the best experience.Research, write, proofread, and edit copy Handle special projects
- Understand sitemaps, wireframes, and related documents
- Follow web and app processes Produce copy that meets style and legal guidelines
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Strong writing skills and web content experience. Excited to use GenAI for productivity, for you and your audiences
- Knowledge of online media and formats Quickly understand project goals and turn them into actionable copy. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Share creative concepts and strategies with coworkers and partners. Comfortable with feedback and collaboration. Experience with CMS like ServiceNow, WordPress, SharePoint Apply data analytics to creative output
- Familiarity with Figma
