Pay Range: $45 - $47 per hour

Job Summary:
This role is pivotal in managing and mitigating risks within our company's partner network through rigorous due diligence and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment of potential and existing channel partners, ensuring they meet our strict compliance controls and regulatory requirements. This position offers the opportunity to engage deeply in the safeguarding of our company’s reputation and operational integrity by identifying, evaluating, and remediating potential risks. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct due diligence on prospective and existing channel partners focusing on compliance areas such as anti-corruption, sanctions, and data privacy.
  • Execute risk management procedures, including dynamic risk scoring, re-assessment, and the analysis of partner data to identify compliance risks.
  • Escalate significant risk findings to compliance management for further action and assessment.
  • Analyze third-party questionnaire submissions to track third-party risk effectively.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and compliance-related projects as needed.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 2-4 years of professional experience in roles related to compliance, risk management, and mitigation, including auditing, channel/sales operations, and due diligence
  • Strong understanding of anti-corruption laws (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act), export and sanctions regulations, and data privacy principles
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
