Job Summary: We are seeking a Compliance Analyst II to join our team. The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our programs have the appropriate policies, staffing, and tools to efficiently ramp up as volumes increase globally. Key responsibilities include understanding and implementing AML regulations, conducting risk assessments, and staying up to date on compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure programs have appropriate policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze data and documentation
- Stay up to date on AML laws and regulations
- Collaborate with business partners to find practical solutions
- Draft policies, procedures, and management reports
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of AML customer risk assessment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
