JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Join our client's Compensation team and directly support the Director of Compensation in a pivotal role focused on operational and analytical excellence. This position is crucial for fostering strong relationships with HR Business Partners and Managers, guiding them through compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process with a proactive, consultative approach. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across teams to address compensation-related business challenges and contribute to the improvement of compensation programs to meet evolving business needs.

Support and guide HR Business Partners and Managers on compensation programs and the annual Rewards Planning process.
Collaborate with compensation team members, recruiters, Business partners, and global mobility to provide comprehensive compensation guidance.
Offer insights to improve compensation programs and ensure they align with business objectives.
Respond to Talent Acquisition queries regarding offers as necessary.
Contribute to the development and implementation of compensation strategies and solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience in Compensation and familiarity with Workday & Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong written & verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders, supported by strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
