JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy tailored to GET needs.
- Create and distribute engaging content, including newsletters, videos, and presentations, for internal communication channels.
- Support and manage logistics for GET all-hands meetings to ensure a seamless experience for hybrid participants.
- Advise stakeholders on internal communications strategy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of internal communications through feedback and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
