Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly analytical Sales Compensation Analyst to join our diverse finance team, focusing on sales commission processes for a global team within a dynamic environment. This role is crucial for the accurate and timely execution of commission payments and involves a blend of data analysis, process improvement, and collaboration with sales and payroll teams. Ideal candidates will thrive in a hybrid workspace, possess strong technical skills in Excel and PowerBI, and are motivated self-starters eager to drive meaningful change.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the full commission process, ensuring accurate monthly commission calculations and accruals for all sales teams.
Maintain and improve commission calculation models using Excel and PowerBI, enhancing transparency and efficiency.
Coordinate with payroll and accounting to guarantee correct and punctual payments monthly.
Understand compensation plans thoroughly and assist in analyzing plan efficiency in collaboration with the Sales Ops team.
Support accurate and complete data within all compensation systems, assist in ad-hoc analysis, track performance metrics, and ensure control for accurate commission payouts.
Must-Have Skills:
Direct Commission, Finance
Proficiency in Excel (including macro/VBA building)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Industry Experience:
2-3 years of relevant finance or sales compensation experience. Direct experience in sales compensation will be considered a plus. A background involving cross-functional communication within internal organizations is also advantageous.
