Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Tempe-AZ (2 days in office 3 home. Mon and Wed in office)
Pay Range: $16 - $18 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
Seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Equipment Finance team. The role encompasses providing timely information and service for client products, proactive problem resolution, and enhancement of client interactions to support business objectives. The position requires effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to address customer service needs and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer service requests/issues as per established guidelines.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives alongside internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders to facilitate client service delivery.
  • Engage in change management activities to ensure the successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in processes and systems based on analytical insights and client feedback.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment.
  • Basic understanding of lending and banking principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in banking or financial services is preferred for this role.
