JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Collaboration Engineer for our Digital Workplace team, focusing on securing and configuring our O365 and Box environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support, driving adoption of collaboration products, and working closely with various teams to meet business requirements. This role involves hands-on technical work, including advanced configuration and security best practices, ensuring efficient operation and effective collaboration solutions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and configuration of O365 and Box environments with advanced security settings.
- Offer tier III support for trouble resolution across a variety of tools including Intranet, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
- Drive the adoption of collaboration products and maintain business partner relationships.
- Understand business requirements and integrate technical solutions with business knowledge.
- Create technical documentation for both support teams and customers, and engage in proactive research and evaluation of new collaboration tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications, SharePoint, and Box.
- Experience in implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud-based solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to resolve complex issues effectively.
