JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Master the order fulfillment processes.
- Process and provision orders into various systems.
- Liaise with client’s Finance teams to resolve billing issues.
- Review reports and complete reporting tasks.
- Urgently respond to escalations.
- You have 2-4 years of work experience, including 1 year of operations and order fulfillment experience.
- You are able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are able to work independently and be a self-starter.
- You are results driven.
- You are detail-driven and a master multitasker.
