  • Call Center Experience (taking a mix of inbound and outbound calls, averaing 15-30 calls per day)
  • Performs the duties like assisting clients including opening accounts, problem resolution, transaction processing, and servicing of loans.
  • Responds to inquiries or complaints received through phone calls, correspondence and/or face-to-face contact with clients concerning the bank's products or services.
  • Must have Banking and Call Center experience. Banking Treasury experience is a huge plus.
  • Case Management Experience and Treasury Management Experience- Strong Plus.
  • Depth Knowledge of: - policies, procedures, practices, products and services. - Banking operations, procedures, and policies.
  • Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Sufficient mathematical abilities to process and balance daily business transactions.
