- As a Client Service Advisor - Email Coordinator (CSA), you bring excellent oral and written communications skills with an ability to multitask on many fronts.
- You will be responsible for managing the assignment of inbound client emails/correspondence within multiple Outlook group mailboxes to your fellow team members.
- This requires the Client Service Advisor - Email Coordinator to assess, research and review each inbound email before assignment.
Skills and Requirements:
- Looking for candidate’ s who are passionate for client service, cooperation, tact, and efficiency with a demonstrated capability to manage high volumes of client email correspondence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Depending on business needs, scheduled shifts are subject to change.
