Job Summary:
Join our dedicated Customer Service & Support team, committed to ensuring exceptional customer experiences. As a Change Management & Adoption Specialist, you will lead the charge in transforming operational efficiency and fostering a culture that embraces change confidently. You’ll develop and implement effective change management frameworks, ensuring the seamless adoption of new initiatives across our channels, while also partnering with key stakeholders to align these changes with overarching business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives.
  • Create executive-level strategic communications and presentations for various projects.
  • Foster a cohesive approach for change management across multiple platforms, collaborating closely with business leads and project managers.
  • Design and implement tailored communication, enablement, and reinforcement strategies to ensure sustained change adoption.
  • Track and analyze key adoption metrics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in developing and leading change management strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to create engaging presentations and deliverables.
