Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a large-scale enterprise AI transformation initiative focused on AI-powered HR Service Delivery. This role will drive the successful adoption of Moveworks as the organization's AI-powered employee support platform, replacing legacy solutions across HRSD, ITSM, and future enterprise functions. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives, developing OCM strategies from scratch, driving AI adoption, creating communications and training materials, and managing stakeholder engagement across large, distributed organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for a large enterprise AI transformation program.
- Develop comprehensive change plans, stakeholder impact assessments, adoption strategies, and governance models using ADKAR or similar methodologies.
- Build and execute executive communications, awareness campaigns, and enterprise-wide change messaging across multilingual audiences.
- Design, develop, and deliver role-based training, enablement content, quick reference guides, and adoption materials without dedicated instructional design support.
- Build and manage a Change Champion Network across corporate offices, retail stores, distribution centers, and call centers.
- Drive enterprise adoption of AI-powered employee support solutions, establishing trust in AI Search and Agentic AI automation capabilities.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, HR, ITSM, Program Leadership, and executive stakeholders to ensure successful program execution.
- Define readiness criteria, hypercare activities, adoption metrics, and reinforcement plans for phased go-live waves.
- Participate in governance meetings, executive reporting, risk management, and change readiness reviews throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage change communications, stakeholder alignment, and adoption activities across multiple implementation waves while minimizing change fatigue.
- 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience leading enterprise transformation programs.
- Minimum 3+ years supporting HR Service Delivery (HRSD), ITSM, Employee Experience, or Enterprise Technology implementations.
- Proven experience leading AI, self-service, conversational AI, or digital workplace adoption initiatives at enterprise scale.
- Strong expertise creating OCM strategies from the ground up and personally executing communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
- Hands-on experience applying Prosci ADKAR or similar structured change management methodologies.
- Experience conducting stakeholder impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption planning.
- Strong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting large, geographically distributed workforces, including corporate, retail, call center, and distribution center employees.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments with aggressive delivery timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience implementing or supporting Moveworks, Aisera, ServiceNow, or similar AI-powered employee support platforms.
- Prosci ADKAR, ACMP, or equivalent Change Management Certification.
- HR Operations or HR Service Delivery domain experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SharePoint, or enterprise communication platforms.
- Experience supporting retail, consumer products, or other large multi-site enterprise organizations.
- Experience managing multilingual, global AI adoption or digital transformation programs.
- Familiarity with AI-powered search, agentic AI automation, conversational AI, and employee self-service technologies.
