Contract Type: W2 Only
Duration: 6+ Months 
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $70 - $80 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role focuses on leading the operational execution, change management, and communication efforts for the 'Single Identity' initiative within the Security Services Engineering team. The successful candidate will coordinate the migration of around 5,000 users to their new accounts, aiming to minimize disruption and enhance the user experience. Partnering with cross-functional teams, this individual will be pivotal in streamlining identity management, thereby improving security and user access within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communication plan targeting various user groups for smooth migration.
  • Coordinate migration schedules, ensuring technical readiness and minimal user disruption during "Moving Days".
  • Maintain an accurate migration tracking system for users and manage the "white glove" support process.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and correct application of user account changes.
  • Analyze data to identify and resolve barriers to using pre-provisioned accounts, continuously updating training materials and support strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong capabilities in change management and stakeholder communications.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack administration.
Industry Experience:
Experience in IT or Security Services Engineering is highly preferred, especially involving operational changes and user support within large-scale environments.
