We are seeking a Certinia Professional Services Automation (PSA) Specialist to administer and optimize our PSA system supporting diverse teams to ensure efficient project, resource, and billing management. The role requires a deep understanding of the Certinia PSA platform, offering support and training to users, and facilitating system enhancements and data management. This position is key to improving our operational efficiencies and supporting our project delivery and financial reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in systems administration, particularly with PSA systems, preferably in IT or related services industry.

- Maintain and customize the Certinia PSA platform, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Provide end-user support and training on the PSA system, fostering productivity.
- Manage data integrity, including audits and the import/export of crucial data.
- Assist in project and resource management, enhancing scheduling and time tracking.
- Support billing processes and develop financial reports within the PSA system.
- In-depth knowledge of Certinia PSA or similar PSA systems.
- Proficiency in Salesforce due to the integration with Certinia PSA.
- Strong understanding of project management and resource allocation principles.
Experience in systems administration, particularly with PSA systems, preferably in IT or related services industry.
