Job Summary:
This hybrid role, based in Downtown L.A., seeks a junior level analyst with a financial background, focusing on FX and Interest Rate Derivatives within the Capital Markets Middle Office. The successful candidate will support daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies, while working closely with the Capital Market Front Office to achieve business objectives. The environment is fast-paced, requiring on-the-spot problem-solving skills.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will support daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies, while working closely with the Capital Market Front Office to achieve business objectives. The environment is fast-paced, requiring on-the-spot problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operational activities of FX & Interest Rate Sales & Trading.
- Maintain and manage daily tasks, including trade entries and control reports.
- Partner with the Front Office to meet business objectives and enhance customer service/satisfaction.
- Provide advice on business trends, operating environment changes, and strategy.
- Support Capital Markets projects by updating procedures, cross-training, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle stress and meet deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
- Understanding of FX, Interest Rate Swaps, and clearing OTC Derivatives.
- Prior experience in a Middle Office or adjacent operations team within Capital Markets, specifically related to Interest Rates & FX.
- Experience with LCH and CME is preferred.
