Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Capacity Planning Analyst to join our Contact Center Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data related to capacity, forecasting future requirements, and developing capacity models. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing resource allocation and enhancing production processes to meet our ambitious efficiency and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data related to production capacity, machine utilization, labor resources, and production schedules.
Develop forecasts for future capacity requirements based on various datasets.
Create and maintain dynamic capacity models to assess potential changes impacting demand and resources.
Generate detailed reports on capacity utilization, highlighting constraints and bottlenecks.
Determine the optimal allocation of resources to achieve production targets and improve processes.

Must-Have Skills:

Demonstrated experience in capacity planning within a contact center environment.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Strong capabilities in data analysis and forecasting
Proven presentation skills to effectively share findings

Domain Experience Required:

Experience in Contact Center Operations or related fields is preferred, ensuring the candidate is familiar with the intricacies of production capacity and workforce management in a fast-paced environment.
