JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing complex business problems and finding automated systems solutions. They gather and analyze detailed requirements from stakeholders, map and document existing processes, contribute to solution design, create comprehensive documentation, collaborate with teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, participate in testing and validation, assess post-implementation success, and analyze data to support decision-making and planning.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and functionality
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, CMDB principles (ITIL v3 Certification preferred)
- Ability to formulate technical requirements based on customer needs
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Effective written and oral communication skills
