JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in analyzing processes for optimization and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Business Analysts to implement RPA solutions.
- Produce PDD and SDD for RPA development.
- Design, test, and maintain RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices
- Proficiency in programming languages, particularly Microsoft .NET.
- Familiarity with RPA tools, preferably UiPath.
- Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.)
