JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and capture desired experiences
- Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and align with other initiatives
- Configure integrations and onboard experiences using self-serve tools
- Collaborate with platform engineering team to design and develop new integrations
- Ensure successful onboarding and release of experiences followed by reporting
- Develop prototypes and ensure timely and effective communication
- Solid knowledge of JSON and hands-on experience with YAML configuration
- Experience with Java, Spring Framework, and Test-Driven Development
- Self-motivated with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and promote effective communication
- Proficient in Agile development methodologies
- Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and delivering innovative experiences quickly
