JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Join our team in Frisco as a Business Systems Analyst specializing in CLM system implementations such as Agiloft and Apttus, with a thorough understanding of the quote-to-cash process. This hybrid role offers a 12-month contract with potential for extension, focusing on leading the integration of CLM systems to support our global operations. Ideal for candidates passionate about improving business processes through expert CLM system integration.
- Lead the setup and customization of CLM systems according to business specifications.
- Transform business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in CLM functionalities, manage system testing, and issue resolution.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
- Facilitate cross-functional team efforts for seamless system integration with other enterprise apps.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in CLM system implementations (Agiloft, Apttus preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Excellent documentation capabilities for solution designs.
