Job Summary:
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Provisioning Analyst/Project Manager to join our team, based in the Lehi office with a hybrid work mode. The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning enterprise software, conducting QA testing, tracking issues, and improving processes while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners. This role demands repetition of tasks with a focus on detail and efficiency without direct stakeholder communication.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and supportive responses to customer requests, fulfilling product delivery promptly.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, analyze test results, and report bugs for resolution with the development team.
- Triage issues, analyzing them to determine logical next steps.
- Constantly seek process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with business partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Detailed oriented with a thorough approach to tasks.
- Ability to work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in software or technology sector, particularly with subscription business models and familiarity with software like Visio, Atlassian Confluence, and JIRA is a plus.
