Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst II for ATS, focused on crafting scalable reporting platforms, defining tracking metrics, and building analysis tools for data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in data processing, delivering insights, and developing dashboard tools. This role is crucial for driving Amazon Transportation Services forward, requiring a high level of expertise in data analysis and report generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze data across business functions to identify relationships between data sources.
  • Provide insightful data analysis to highlight product improvement areas.
  • Develop scripts for data processing to support comprehensive business analysis and reporting.
  • Generate complex queries for an in-depth review of business-related issues.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate data and provide actionable insights.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficient in writing SQL queries and developing automation scripts.
  • Profound knowledge of Tableau and other BI tools for dashboard development.
  • Proficiency in Data Query and Data Pull
Industry Experience:
  • Previous experience in a business analyst role within tech or logistics sectors is preferred, showcasing a strong understanding of tech-driven transportation solutions and reporting needs.
