JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a Business Strategy Consultant with a strategic mindset and experience in driving growth and change initiatives. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management, developing business plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of strategies. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, proven experience as a Business Strategy Consultant, and strong presentation skills.
Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives
Develop detailed business plans and strategies
Facilitate change management and innovation
Prepare and present business proposals
Evaluate and recommend improvements to strategies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. An MBA or relevant
advanced degree is preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Business Strategy Consultant or similar role in a consulting firm or
corporate environment.
3. Strong knowledge of business operations, market dynamics, and strategic planning.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5. Proficiency in business software, including Google Suite and business intelligence tools.
6. Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Ability to create presentations to
graphically communicate workflows and strategies is a must.
7. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Strong leadership skills with a steadfast resolve and personal integrity.
