JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrated experience in leading key projects, including leading strategic programs from inception to successful rollout.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques and tools.
- Critical and strategic thinking skills, urgency in assimilating and implementing new information.
- Gathers and analyzes data to understand the pros and cons of different decisions and options.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, financial modeling software, and MS Office suite.
- Critical and Strategic Thinking: Capability to think ahead, anticipate trends, and develop strategic pathways.
- Data Analysis and Modeling: Expertise in analyzing data, creating models, and deriving actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Project Management: Proven ability in leading projects from conception through to successful execution, showcasing strong program/project management skills.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to various stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: The inclination to gather, analyze, and interpret data to understand various decision-making scenarios and outcomes
