Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through various techniques.
- Design and validate technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and architectural standards.
- Develop, execute, and automate test plans and cases in collaboration with the QA/QE team to assure software quality.
- Facilitate effective stakeholder communication, serving as a liaison between business and IT to ensure project alignment.
- Manage relationships with business partners, advocating for technological solutions that drive business value.
- Strong analytical capability with a knack for identifying improvement areas.
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a solid understanding of the SDLC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to navigate diverse stakeholder needs.
- Experience in IT project delivery, particularly in roles like Business Solutions Analyst, with a deep understanding of business process modeling, data analysis, and system design methodologies. Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM software, and business intelligence tools is beneficial
