Job Description

Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  12+ Months
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing community support operations. You will analyze, design, and implement process improvements to elevate the user experience and operational efficiency. The position requires a strong ability to drive impactful change through data-driven insights and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze and redesign service processes.
  • Lead and execute pilot programs for new solutions.
  • Develop and implement process measurement systems.
  • Present findings and business cases to leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in process design and improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in customer service and contact center operations is required for this role.
