Location: Lehi, UT (#LI-Hybrid)
Pay Range: $35 - $38 per hour on W2

Job Summary:
Our company is at the forefront of creating digital experiences, looking to hire a Deal Operations Specialist to ensure efficient quote-to-contract process operations. The role entails serving as a primary contact for system-related inquiries, maintaining system documentation, and supporting internal team members by resolving Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics issues. This vital position underlines the importance of seamless operational flow within our enterprise sales strategies, particularly within the Digital Experience and Digital Media domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for issues related to quote-to-contract processes in Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system errors, or escalate them as necessary.
  • Document common issues and resolutions to enhance team self-service and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct system administration tasks, including user management and configuration updates.
  • Participate in and pursue opportunities for professional development to improve expertise in Salesforce CPQ, CLM, Workfront, and related technologies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proven problem-solving capabilities and project management skills
  • Familiarity with Wiki, Workfront, and JIRA or equivalent software

Domain Experience Required:
Prior experience with business process analysis in quote to contract operations within the technology or digital services industry highly preferred.
