Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure high-quality submissions for awards.
- Balance strategic vision with execution, identifying gaps in submissions and strategizing solutions.
- Craft high-impact communications to drive clarity, engagement, and action throughout the award process.
- Conduct deep strategic research to assess the impact of business, innovation, and technology projects.
- Develop and implement assessment rubrics based on clear metrics, influencing stakeholders with data-driven narratives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in leading strategic programs and writing compelling, data-backed business narratives.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of writing high-level stories and presenting to senior leadership.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a keen sense of creativity and business acumen.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the software industry is essential, with a preference for candidates who have a background in program management, product management, or a related field. Familiarity with Customer Driven Innovation and Design for Delight techniques will be considered a plus.
