Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer to spearhead analytical projects for our Logistics team, aimed at optimizing the delivery process of tens of millions of products weekly in a cost-effective manner. This role involves designing and automating reporting and dashboards within one of the world's most complex data environments, and requires a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence the future of logistics by deriving actionable insights from vast datasets, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex SQL queries for both ad hoc analyses and ongoing reporting needs.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated reporting systems and dashboards.
  • Design and implement key datasets that provide timely access to actionable business information.
  • Interface directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver comprehensive automated reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with a varied team of analysts, data engineers, and software developers to produce holistic data solutions for logistical challenges.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau or Quicksight
  • Solid background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline construction.
