JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- The BI Data Analyst will work with the Quality data analytics team to transform data into valuable insights for various business teams.
- Responsibilities include partnering with teams to support data needs, translating requirements into reports and dashboards, and conducting deep dives into data sets.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in medical devices, knowledge of Tableau and SQL, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Support data needs for Quality Management System (QMS) teams
- Translate non-technical requirements into metrics and visualizations.
- Define and document business requirements for new reports.
- Perform in-depth analysis on product quality performance.
- Develop user documentation and visual representations of data.
- Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience, with expertise in Tableau
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL and programming for data exploration
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries
- Knowledge of visualization software like Tableau or Power BI
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM, or other ERP systems
